In-home Sales Consultant

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing! We are seeking a sales in-home consultant to help our customers achieve

- Compensation structure
- Training pay for first 2 months at $20-25/hr
- Draw structure after first 2 months
- Commissions at 8-12% + performance bonuses

- Employees can structure their day and choose work locations
- You will collaboratively define when you accept in-home sales appointsments and showroom based appointments
- Potential to move into bath remodel sales in addition
- Locally owned & operated business, high impact, no politics
- Sales support
- Access to sales coaching tools and support staff
- Leads will be provided, 1-2 active leads per day. You are welcome to generate your own leads in addition
- Office staff will support initial lead gathering
- No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience required
- Yearly opportunity to travel for training, if desired
- Access to a showroom with a variety of cabinetry, flooring, tile, and countertop samples
Kitchen Tune Up offers a variety of kitchen remodeling services targeting many price points, including our Tune Up restoration process, cabinet painting, cabinet refacing and redooring, and custom designs of new kitchens. We're looking for someone who will endeavor to understand the tradeoffs and cost differences between these services, and be able to use these options as a competitive advantage.
We like to sell services, but our sales style is the opposite of high pressure. We want our customers to feel listened to, and we expect our in-home consultants to accurately set customer expectations. We also want you to be a part of the customer journey, with a couple check-ins with each customer, including at project completion.
